At Phixx, we want you to love your hair products! If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work.
Return Window

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an item has been opened or used.
Return Shipping

Customer provides return shipping for all eligible returns.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service so your return can be monitored.

Returns using Point of Sale (in-person) do not require shipping.

Phixx is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@phixx.nz within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds

Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.
Restocking Fee

No restocking fees apply for any returns accepted by Phixx.
