Refund & Return Policy

At Phixx, we want you to love your hair products! If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work.

Return Window

  • You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an item has been opened or used.

Return Shipping

  • Customer provides return shipping for all eligible returns.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service so your return can be monitored.

  • Returns using Point of Sale (in-person) do not require shipping.

  • Phixx is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@phixx.nz within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fees apply for any returns accepted by Phixx.
