Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to update prices, offers, or product details at any time without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved third-party gateways. Phixx does not store or have access to your full payment details.

Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, sizes, and images are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different due to screen display or lighting.

Phixx hair products are designed for external use only. Young children should use them with supervision.

Orders & Fulfilment

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary based on your location.
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Phixx reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

We do not accept returns for change of mind once an item has been opened or used. Refunds and replacements are handled in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ).
