Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Phixx 💫
We do our best to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During product launches or sales, please allow an extra day or two for dispatch due to high order volumes.

Shipping Within New Zealand

We currently ship nationwide across NZ using tracked courier services.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 1–5 business days, depending on your location.
Rural addresses may take a little longer.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
If you’re based overseas and want to get your hands on Phixx, send us an email, we'll see what we can do.

Order Issues & Tracking

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Confirm your delivery address is correct.

  3. Contact our team at hello@phixx.nz with your order number and we’ll help sort it out.

Shipping Damage or Loss

We take great care packing your order. If something arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll work with you to replace or refund as appropriate.
Phixx is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Pre-Orders & Launch Items

If an item is marked as pre-order, the estimated ship date will be noted on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all products are available (unless stated otherwise).
